Q. When will I receive my first shipment?
A. Your first shipment will be sent within four weeks of your order being placed, but for more specific shipping details please select your title below and this will take you to the dispatch information sheet for your series.
Q. When will I receive the free gifts on offer?
A. The free gifts* will be sent out over your first few dispatches. You will receive one gift per dispatch. Please select your title below and this will take you to the dispatch information sheet for your series.
*Please note that gifts are subject to availability and may differ from those advertised.
Q. How do I get the free gifts on offer without subscribing?
A. Subscription gifts* are only available for customers who subscribe directly through Netlink.

* Please note that gifts cannot be purchased separately.
Q. How do I purchase binders and/or storage boxes?
A. Binder and storage boxes are automatically sent throughout your subscriptions. If you had “opted out” from not getting these when you subscribed than please email us at subs@ndc.co.nz or contact us on (09) 308 2871.

Q. How is my subscription sent out?
A. We send all subscriptions via NZ Post*. Some items dependant on the size will be sent via Courier Post.
* Please ensure that your postcode is correct when submitting your subscription. Wrong postcodes can lead to delayed delivery. To find your correct postal code please click here and if it is wrong please advise us via email sub@ndc.co.nz or contact us on (09) 308 2871.
Q. Is there a postage charge applied to my subscription?
A. No postage, handling or freight is charged on subscriptions through out New Zealand.
Q. Which methods of payment are accepted?
A. Please click here to go to our list of publications. This will give you an indication of payment methods for the specific publications.
Q. How many issues will I receive in my next delivery?
A.
If there is a shipping delay the number of issues you receive may vary. Should we send out an extra issue, a note will be placed on you invoice one month in advance.
If you are behind the current issue being dispatched you will automatically receive an extra issue every month until you have caught up to our normal monthly dispatch.

Q. I have received the wrong issues* with my order?

Q. The dispatch schedule is stating that I should have received my order, but this has not arrived and I have been charged?
A. The charge has been processed against your account as our fulfilment house has processed your order and passed your packages to NZ Post. Please allow five working days from the fulfilment processing date for you delivery to arrive. If it still has not shown up after five working days from the fulfilment processing date, please email us at subs@ndc.co.nz or contact us on 09 308 2871.
Q. “Items on order no stock available”?
A. If this message has appeared on your invoice this means that the issue is currently unavailable and your account has not been charged. Stock will be ordered and automatically sent out when the issue becomes available.
Q. I have received a charge on my statement but I do not know what this is for?
A. The dispatch schedule below lists the current charge dates for our most recent dispatches. If you are still unsure about a payment please email us at subs@ndc.co.nz or contact us on 09 308 2871.
Q. I have missed an early issue, how can I purchase another copy?
A. Please email us at subs@ndc.co.nz or contact us on 09 308 2871. Please include your name, address, contact phone number and which issue(s) you require and we will order this for you as a backorder. We require payment for backorders via credit card or cheque before the order can be processed, cheque payments are to be made out to Netlink Subscriptions. Please allow 15 workings days for your order to be received. Please send the cheque to:

Q. I have a damaged issue*, what do I do?
A. To have an issue replaced due to damage in transit, please email us at subs@ndc.co.nz or contact us on 09 308 2871 as soon as possible for a replacement order to be made free of charge.
*please note the damaged issue must be sent back in order to receive a replacement. Please return these to:

Q. How do I return an item?
A. Returns* can be made by sending the item(s) and an explanation letter to:

*Please note we can only accept unopened items for return, subject to approval by Netlink. We will only accept returns if the product is faulty or due to an error with your account. Some exceptions may apply.
Q. How do I cancel a subscription I have?
A. We require 28 days notice to cancel any subscription. Your next dispatch may have been processed. We are unable to stop or refund any deliveries and charges that have already been processed before cancellation.
