Note:
Due to shipping delays, the gift order has changed and the binder is now coming
with the 3rd dispatch, and the truck and escort will be later. The
escorts have not yet arrived in the country either. As soon as they come in
we’ll ship them out.

Due
to manufacturing difficulties we will not be publishing the planned final issue
